Meaning- vault or arch, we aim to draw connections between the nuances or “secrets” behind what makes Iberian, Pan-American, and Midwestern culinary experiences special.

Set in a private event space, the experience is intimate, inviting, and rooted in the stories of our chef, Levi Kinney, and our team.
